Better Call Briday started as a real estate agent’s solution. I’d seen the old playbook — buy a list of leads and mass-cold-call strangers to chase a listing — and I dropped it entirely. It burns you out and rarely converts.

What I built instead worked so well, and was so simple to run, that I realized it wasn’t just for real estate. Our primary focus is now helping any business owner who’s lacking on the foundation: no social media, posting every five months, or unsure how to drive engagement or structure an ad. We build steps 1 and 2 first:

1. First: Establish their Social Media Presence (Our Priority) — professional profiles and a consistent posting system.
2. Next: Scale with Paid Lead Ads + Systems (Our Priority) — hyper-local ad campaigns, with speed-to-lead SMS, automated follow-up, and email newsletters built behind every inquiry.
3. Then: Cold Calling — Quoted Case By Case — VA cold calling and lead generation is not part of the standard bundle. We offer it on a case-by-case basis only, starting with an evaluation of your market, your list and what you actually need — and only then do we quote a price. There is no standard rate card, and it is not included in the $350/month bundle.

We didn’t throw away VA capabilities — we kept cold calling and lead generation, but offer them case by case only, quoted after an evaluation. Our core mission is simple: get your presence off the ground and build the lead systems that actually work.
